Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Faculty Honored for Organization Development Research

The Organization Development Network recently recognized three Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ faculty members with an Honorable Mention award for the .

“Hardwiring for Growth: Using Posttraumatic Growth (PTG) to Thrive in a Disruptive Environment” by Dr. Michele Riley Kramer, professor of the graduate nursing program; Dr. George Klemic, professor of business administration, and Dr. Lesley Page, chair and professor of organizational leadership and management, was published in Volume 56, Issue 2.

The award recognizes the outstanding, substantive, research-grounded articles published in Organization Development Review. The Awards Committee considers the quality, novelty, audience appeal and creativity.

The OD Network is the largest association of organization development practitioners in the world, with its members focused on creating effective, healthy organizations. The award was presented during the organization’s conference, September 28-October 1.
